ALL’s wide range of industrial solutions includes a special line of soluble and petroleum-free machining fluids, with high lubricity compared to petroleum derivatives, absence of bad odors caused by product deterioration and better stability and high performance, avoiding disposal.
The products are environmentally friendly due to the absence of petroleum, reducing costs with zero disposal and no unhealthy conditions and are suitable for use in general machining processes/MQL. ALL also offers a lubricating oil regeneration service, through a Mobile Regeneration Unit equipped with a complete laboratory for recovering used oil, leaving it with the characteristics of new oil, avoiding waste and preserving the environment.
LUBRICANTS APPLICATIONS
The integral cutting lubricants oils are applicable to all types of machining and materials, including electroerosion, MQL, stamping and forming. The line of protective oils includes dewatering agents, thixotropic protective agents and waxy drying protective agents. They are used to protect parts in general, according to specific needs. The degreasing oils are soluble and integral and are used to clean parts after machining.
The line of industrial lubricat fluids is used in guides and busbars, hydraulics, reducers, heat treatment, compressors, turbines and greases for bearings. The correctives for emulsions have bactericidal, fungicidal, antifoaming and system sanitizing solutions, and are used in product and system recovery. Completing the product line is the oxidation remover and a cooling fluid for coolers.
